    No, Brian Higgins isn't creepy at all.

    He claimed in chat to be 24 years old, but was actually 44 years old. Now, that's not so unusual. What was more unusual is thatHiggins was already a Registered Sex Offender. He had already re-offended (with a 7 year old boy), and was facing additional charges, when he hit up our decoy profile. He's a serial predator, and has shown he won't stop molesting children.

    For his chat with our decoy, Higgins was sentenced to seven years in prison. He'll remain a registered sex offender, not that it has stopped him in the past.

    Billy Joe was quick to jump at the opportunity to take the virginity of a 14 year old girl. He was so eager to act that he left work early to meet what he thought was a 14 year old girl in the park. Billy made attempts to convince Maddie that he was a kind, gentle and loving man. He not only had similar charges pending in another county but he also had a fiancé and young son waiting for him at home.


    At the time of the arrest, Billy was found to be coming out of a wooded area in the park for walking trails. The police department believes that Billy was on those trails securing a spot where he planned to take Maddie. It was Billy's plan to take Maddie back on those trails to take her virginity and who knows what else. Billy knew the risk he was taking by meeting Maddie but despite his fear he couldn't resist the possible opportunity to have a sexual encounter with a child.


    This arrest was made possible by the amazing work of Sgt. Chad McClellan and the Petersburg Police Department.


    Billy Joe is currently off the streets and serving time for this crime and others against children. We can all rest a little easier tonight knowing this.
