There's always something creepy about 57 year old men who refer to themselves as boys.

Anyways, Thomas Alan Henry is now convicted and will serve 57 months in prison. One month for each year of his life! Very nice! His log was disgusting and he deserved the nice long un-vacation.

Notes from the Contributor, Duncan Hines
Thomas Alan Henry was sentenced on May 25, 2006 after being charged with traveling and interstate commerce with intent to engage in sexual conduct with a person under 18. Henry entered a conditional guilty plea, meaning he can now appeal his sentence.

Henry was given time to get his financial affairs in order and ordered to turn himself on June 14, where he will serve 57 months in federal prison.

Recently given an extension, Henry now has until June 29 to present himself to U.S. Marshalls.

Henry spent a month, grooming 13-year-old Cindy to make her trust him. During chats, Henry kept alluding to the fact that he would be staying in the motel close to her apartment. But he kept finding reasons why the child was going to have to get into his vehicle. When he arrived for the meet, Henry went straight to the fictitious apartment to try to get the child. Quickly surrounded by police, Henry admitted he was there to have sex with the 12-year-old and told officers, \"I didn't do anything wrong.\"

Henry had gone to great lengths to make sure the child would not be alerted to his motives. Motives are hard to prove sometimes, so I'll just let you draw your own conclusions as to what might have happened if he had been meeting a real child. In his vehicle was an overnight bag which gave the appearance that he was indeed going to spend the weekend. When the bag was searched, a somber silence engulfed the group of officers. The only thing it contained....one change of underwear.

This is our 62nd conviction since June of 2004 and our 22nd conviction for the year 2006 thus far. Yet another conviction and huge sentence for contributor Duncan Hines as well. Great work.
