    Yeah... not quite.

    Yancy Wallace was initially arrested as part of the To Catch a Predator sting in Petaluma, California. The case was transferred to the US Military courts because Wallace was a Sergeant in the Marines, based out of Camp Pendleton (to the military's chagrin, surely!) He received a dishonorable discharge (with demotion to private), confinement for 55 months, and RSO status.
