Another in our \"convictions can take a while\" series. Back when Abraxisreborn hit us up, we had less than thirty convictions. Now he 18 months later, is our 94th conviction.

We're very glad to have gotten this individual and exposed him to the world and very happy that law enforcement saw that exposure and acted upon it. Wisconsin has been good to us due to pro-active district attorneys and every site volunteer and supporter should be happy about that. Abraxis will serve 180 days in jail, is not to have contact with any female under the age of 16, will be registered as a sex offender and complete any counseling required by his probationary agent. We're happy with the sentence.

Notes from the Contributor, Red Baroness
Lucas Falkenstein, aka \"Abraxisreborn\", hit me up during a sting with John Mercure and WTMJ Channel 4 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in April of 2005. While Lucas did not show up for the cameras, he did have a sexually-charged conversation with what he thought was a 13 year-old girl...and he sent me pictures of his genitals.

A concerned citizen brought Lucas's chatlog and lewd pictures to the attention of Lt. Jo Anne Swyers of the Dodge County Sheriff's Department. Lt. Swyers contacted me, and I handed over our evidence. As soon as Lucas was arrested, it seems that he accepted a plea agreement. Lucas plead guilty to Exposing a Child to Harmful Material. He served his time (180 days...commuted to time served, but if he violates any of the terms of his agreement, he goes right back to jail), and is now registered as a sex offender. He has to undergo sex offender counseling, as well as AODA counseling. He is also not allowed any unsupervised time with girls under the age of 16.

I feel that Lucas was a danger to the girls in his area, and I am glad that citizens and pro-active Law Enforcement have made sure that he cannot make his fantasies reality. My thanks to Lt. Swyers, the Dodge County Sheriff's Department, DA Bauer, John Mercure and WTMJ 4, and especially to the citizen that brought Lucas's chatlog to the attention of Law Enforcement. Your tenacity paid off. Thank you. Thanks to my verifier, Vandecamp, as well.

This is our 94th conviction since June of 2004 and our 54th conviction for the year 2006 thus far.
