A man was arrested Tuesday and charged with raping a Clarksville teenager in November and December 2009.

On Feb. 25, Clarksville Police were sent to a north Clarksville high school
to investigate a rape allegation, according to an arrest warrant filed by Detective Fontella Jones.

A teenage girl between the ages of 13 and 17 reported she had become friends with Nicholaus Guiliani through the Internet and said that sometime in November he came to her residence and forced her to have sex with him.

The girl said Guiliani attempted to have sex with her at other times, according to the warrant.

Interviews were conducted with Guiliani, who admitted to having sex with the girl knowing she was a minor, the warrant said.

Nicholaus David Guiliani, 22, who gave a Fort Campbell address, was charged with statutory rape. His bond was set at $10,000. He was listed as an E-3 in the U.S. Army.
